By accessing or using Tasky Book (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Foxter & Co Ltd, a company registered in Malta, operating Tasky Book.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tasky Book. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of your tasks, notes, and any content you create ("User Content"). By using Tasky Book, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Harass, threaten, or bully other users
• Share or sell access to your account

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.

7. Intellectual Property

Tasky Book and its original content (excluding User Content) are owned by Foxter & Co Ltd and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foxter & Co Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the Service.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
